Earlobe Repair for Torn or Gauged Ears

If your earlobe piercings have become stretched out over time or if you have a tear of your ear piercing, you are candidate for earlobe repair.

Some people choose to stretch out their earlobe piercings by gradually inserting larger and larger tapered metal inserts. If you are interested in closing your gauged piercings, look no further. Dr. Cooper also has experience repairing gauged earlobes.

These procedures are performed in Dr. Cooper's office procedure room under a local anesthetic. Discomfort is minimal and sutures are removed anywhere from 7 to 10 days later. Earlobes may be re-pierced 6 weeks after the procedure.
